Earlier on this year, for my 40^th, my mama gave me, as requested, a beautiful orange (Volcanic apparently ) Le Creuset. And I have never gone back. Most of the cooking I do is in there, even did a quick chicken and vegetable stir fry in there last week, how naughty of me. Its just that the food taste so much better for some reason when I cook food in my beloved pot. However, come Christmas time, I might ask FC for this! DANSK KOBENSTYLE CASSEROLE.
